About Me

A little about health...

As a lifelong athlete I was health conscious, but not healthy.  Having played 30 years of sports and 9 years professionally, I thought I was doing all the right things for my health. Turns out everything we were taught was wrong and based on faulse data. After I retired from football I gained 10 lbs and was the most unhealthy of my life. My eating habits didn't change much, but my activity level did, contributing to poor health. Since that time I learned the principles of Ancestral Health as well as a nourishing food choices, stress reduction, self care practices and a whole lotta self love.
