When your environment works with you instead of against you, everything from sleep to recovery to mental clarity tends to improve.
I love this work because it’s practical, empowering, and deeply personal. I’ve spent my life focused on performance, resilience, and health, and over time I’ve learned that what happens outside the body matters just as much as what we do to the body.
I enjoy learning, experimenting, and sharing simple insights that help people feel more comfortable, supported, and energized in their own homes, without overwhelm, perfection, or rigid rules.
